This article supports the fact that the use of techology in the classroom is benefitial to the students and faculty in teaching and learning. Evidence from multiple research studies cited in the article supports the followingfive teaching situations which are direct instruction, adjunct instruction, facilitating the skills of learning, facilitating social skills and widening learners’ horizons.
